Jewelry Website Template

A jewellery site is judged on one thing, whether the photograph makes someone want to hold the piece. Everything else, the grid, the type, the enquiry, exists to protect that moment and carry it into an appointment. This page sets out how Saint Ego Editions approaches jewellery houses and independent makers in Framer, and exactly where the work stands today.

Framer website templates for jewellery houses. Macro photography, made to order, appointment led enquiry, not a cart. In development, early access by email.

On saleTwo Editions are on sale today, Les Gourmands and Aperture Office. Complete React source, the original photography included. Single licence 89 USD, one published website. Studio licence 179 USD, up to five.

Where jewellery sites fail

Macro photography, handled

Macro is the argument. One stone at full bleed, held for a slow beat before the page moves, does more work than twelve tidy packshots lined up on white.
A macro file exported at full width can run to several megabytes, so every image is drawn twice. A large source for desktop, and a separate mobile crop that keeps the stone in frame instead of shrinking the whole plate to nothing.
Metal colour is fragile on screen. Yellow gold, rose and white metal all shift against a dark ground, so the background lives in a single token you can move a step warmer or cooler without touching any other page.
Zoom behaves differently by hand. On desktop, a slow scale on hover. On mobile, a tap that opens the frame full screen, because pinch zoom inside a scrolling page is a fight the visitor loses.
Motion stays quiet. A short loop of light travelling across a facet, no cut, no music, no sound that starts by itself. The piece moves, the interface does not.

Collections, pieces and stones

Two different objects need two different page templates. A collection piece repeats and can be reordered. A one of a kind piece exists once and needs honest states for reserved and for sold.
The structure is four CMS collections. Pieces, series or collections, materials and stones, and journal entries. Each piece references its series and its stones, so a stone can list every piece it has been set into.
A sold piece is never deleted. It moves to an archive that stays readable and crawlable, and it keeps earning, because the archive is the clearest proof of what the house has actually made.
Made to order is a set of fields, not a paragraph. Lead time, ring size range, metal options and stone origin sit in structured fields, so they render identically on every piece instead of depending on who wrote that entry.
Stones need their own vocabulary. Cut, carat, origin and treatment carry fixed labels, so a sapphire page reads the same way whether it was written this week or eight months ago.
Bespoke commissions get a dedicated path. One page that explains the sequence, first conversation, drawing, wax, setting, delivery, so the enquiry arrives already informed and the first reply is not spent explaining the basics.
