These Terms + Conditions apply to the Saint Ego Studio website and to enquiries, bookings and creative services provided by Saint Ego Studio.
Saint Ego Studio is based in Dubai and operates worldwide.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a call, paying an invoice or approving a project proposal, you agree to these Terms + Conditions.
Saint Ego Studio is an AI Creative House based in Dubai, operating worldwide, and working between Dubai and Paris.
Saint Ego Studio provides creative services including brand visual DNA, virtual editorial shoots, AI-directed photography, AI model imagery, short-form motion, campaign assets, lookbooks, catalogues and related creative direction.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a creative brief does not create a client relationship until Saint Ego Studio confirms the scope, timeline, fee and payment terms in writing.
A 15-minute intro call may be offered free of charge. Deeper creative direction sessions, audits, consultations or strategy sessions may be paid.
Each project is defined by a written proposal, invoice, estimate, email confirmation or agreed scope of work.
Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
Prices shown on the website are starting points only.
Final fees depend on scope, number of assets, usage, timeline, complexity, revision rounds and creative direction.
Saint Ego Studio may require a deposit before starting work. Remaining balances may be due before final file delivery.
Payments may be collected by bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal or another agreed provider.
Project timelines are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
Client delays in providing materials, feedback, approvals or payments may affect delivery.
Rush work may require an additional fee.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, product details, brand materials, references, images, logos, copy, legal claims and required permissions.
The client confirms that materials provided to Saint Ego Studio do not infringe third-party rights.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final materials before publication or commercial use.
Revision rounds are defined in the project proposal.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Revisions must remain within the approved creative direction. A change of concept, style or project direction may require a new scope.
Saint Ego Studio uses AI tools and creative direction processes to produce or support visual assets.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may have limitations, including variation in details, imperfections, resemblance risks, platform restrictions and differences between preview and final outputs.
Saint Ego Studio reviews, selects, directs and refines outputs, but cannot guarantee that AI-generated material will be unique in the same way as fully commissioned traditional photography.
The client is responsible for confirming whether AI-assisted imagery is suitable for their industry, platform, advertising channel or legal requirements.
When AI models, synthetic muses or fictional characters are created, they are intended for brand presentation, social media, websites, lookbooks, concept campaigns and digital storytelling unless otherwise agreed.
AI model imagery does not replace legal talent agreements for campaigns requiring real model rights, celebrity likeness rights or regulated advertising usage.
The client must not present synthetic people as real individuals unless clearly permitted and legally appropriate.
Usage rights are defined in the project proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final approved assets may be used by the client for their own brand website, social media, email communication, digital presentations and agreed marketing channels.
Raw files, prompts, working files, source files and internal production systems are not included unless expressly agreed.
Saint Ego Studio retains ownership of concepts, creative direction systems, drafts, working files, unused proposals, prompts, workflows, templates and internal methods unless expressly transferred in writing.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for final approved deliverables.
Saint Ego Studio may reuse general know-how, methods, styles, workflows and non-confidential learnings in future work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Saint Ego Studio may display completed work, selected visuals, project names and general descriptions in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations and case studies.
If a project is confidential, the client must request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.
If a project is cancelled, paused or delayed by the client after work has started, Saint Ego Studio may retain payments for work already completed, time reserved, research, creative direction and production already performed.
Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Saint Ego Studio may use third-party tools including AI image tools, design tools, hosting providers, Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, email providers, analytics tools and file transfer platforms.
Saint Ego Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Saint Ego Studio provides creative services and visual assets.
Saint Ego Studio does not guarantee sales, revenue, follower growth, press coverage, advertising performance, platform approval or commercial outcomes.
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy the website design, scrape content, distribute malware or interfere with website operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint Ego Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
Saint Ego Studio’s total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Personal data submitted through the website, forms, email or booking tools is handled according to the Saint Ego Studio Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms + Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Saint Ego Studio’s business registration and operating jurisdiction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
